Miami Firefighters Federal Credit Union  is Ready to Help Our Members Recover from any Tropical Storm or Hurricane

Miami Firefighters Federal Credit Union will keep its branches open as long as it is safe for our employees and will reopen as soon as it is safe for them to return. Please call the credit union or go to our website for hours of operation.  

Internet services, and electronic access technologies such as on-line banking, bill payments and Mobile Banking should continue without interruption as well as ATM's and Shared Branching. Our Disaster Backup Processing  Sites are located out of State and should not be affected. 
 
As part of our efforts to ease the difficulties for our members in the wake of a storm the credit union is doing the following:

• A special fast-approval Hurricane  loan of up to $5,000 @ 5%, is available to members, with proof of ownership (warrantee Deed)
• Home equity loans up to $250,000 and home equity lines have been put on a fast track process.
• All car loan applications have been put on a fast track approval process.
• Loan payment skips and other forms of assistance are available to members affected by the storm
• Review all overdrafts to see if they were caused by our closure or you inability to make a timely deposit.

We will incur a large number of calls so there may be longer than normal holds on calls.
