HOURS
Our teller line is open with limited hours. Screening prior to entering the building and social distancing while inside will be required.

Should you encounter hardship as a result of COVID-19, please call us at 305. 324.4004, Opt. 5 to discuss your options. We have created different hardship relief programs for you.
Practice social distancing by taking advantage of our full range of electronic services to conduct your business from the convenience of your home:
FireLine – check account balances and verify transactions.
Online Banking – view account and loan information, make transfers, pay bills, and much more.
Mobile banking – check your account balances, make transfers and pay bills.
Mobile deposit – we have increased our check limits to $10,000 per item/day. Use your iPhone or Android phone to take a picture of the front and back of your check deposit.
Our TouchBanking App is required for mobile banking and mobile deposit. If you are not already using the App:
- On your iPhone or Android mobile device, search for the TouchBanking App
- Use code GoMobile0068to get started
- Start using Mobile Banking
Popmoney – send or receive funds to people in an easy and secure way. All you need is the person’s email address, mobile phone number or an account number to send and receive money.
Account to Account – transfer funds to or from the credit union to or from accounts at other financial institutions. Note: This service may take up to 7 days to complete.
Loan Applications – We can complete the entire process through a computer, tablet or smart phone. Applying for a loan is fast and simple. The best option is with Enhanced Security and information automatically loaded from your Miami Firefighters FCU account.
Log on to Online Banking – Click on the “Self Service” tab, then under the “Member Requests” section, click on “Loan Application.”
Avoid using cash – Use debit and credit cards to conduct transactions without handling cash. Apple Pay and Google Pay are other available means to complete transactions.
Avoid going to ATM machines – get cash back at retailers that provide the option. If you need to access an ATM you can do so at the following networks: Presto (Publix), CU24, Allpoint, Cirrus and Accel. Our daily withdrawal limit is $1,000 including any service charge fees. If you have a special request for other needs, please contact us at 305.324.4004.
Shared Branching – some credit unions are still handling shared branch transactions through their drive-thru. We recommend you contact them before going to make sure they will be able to assist you.
