Reset online banking password:

• Go to website: www.mffcu.org.
• Click “Forgot Security Code” button on top of page.
• Check the box to say “I’m not a robot”.
• Type in Logon ID and then click “Next”.
• Security Code is sent to your email on file. Once you receive the email with the temporary security code, type in the security code in the indicated box and click “Next”.

Create new security code.

• Order checks:
• Call 1-800-597-2435
• Have on hand the CU routing number (266080372).
• Have on hand your account number listed on checks.

 How to enroll in Bill Pay:

• Log in to online banking.
• Click on the “Bill Pay” tab on the top of the page.
• Click on the enroll tab.

 How to enroll in Zelle:

• Log in to online banking.
• Click on the “Bill Pay” tab on the top of the page.
• Click on the “What Else Can I Do” question towards the bottom right-hand side of the page. Then the hyperlink will send you to the Zelle page. 
• Click on “Send Money With Zelle” tab to enroll.
